Shipping Policy

At Aerogogo, we are dedicated to advancing a more efficient global shipping policy, aimed at ensuring our products are delivered to our customers safely, reliably, and quickly. We have activated overseas warehouse services and established a localized distribution network to reduce transportation costs, prevent damage to goods during transit, and shorten the long international transit and shipping times.

Currently, Aerogogo has set up overseas warehouse services in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe. All customer orders are allocated to our global logistics platform for inventory distribution on the following day. Orders are automatically assigned to the nearest warehouse for delivery. In cases where there is sufficient stock, we guarantee to deliver the goods to customers within 1-2 weeks. However, the receipt time of orders may vary due to the specific circumstances and customs clearance times of each country. If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to send your order number to service@aerogogo.com, and our customer support team will reply within 2-3 business days.

Order Processing Time: 2-3 working days.

Tracking Number Generation Time: Within 5 working days after the order has been processed.

Order Delivery Time: 1~2 weeks for arrival.

Note: If an item from an order is out of stock, resulting in the need for inventory reallocation to orders, an extended delivery time may occur.

Attention: Due to different regulatory measures for importing goods into the customs territories of various countries, additional documents may be required for customs clearance. Our customer support will contact customers via email to request relevant materials, and this process time will not be included in the order delivery time. Please ensure to check your email within 48 hours after placing your order.
