Great Product, Even Better Customer Support

I received my GIGA PUMP for Air Bed, charged it up, and took it with me on a camping trip for my 18" queen air mattress. The pump didn't want to stay on though and turned off after 15-20 seconds of use and proceeded to fight with me to stay on (I had to "babysit" it, pressing the button every few seconds to turn it back on). I got in contact with customer support soon after my trip and they were quick and more than happy to offer to send me me a full replacement after seeing a video of how my first pump was behaving and confirming my shipping address. Needless to say, this second pump works great and I can't wait to bring it with me on future camping trips, especially after experiencing how much effort even the "defective" pump saved me.
