Refund and Return

At Aerogogo, we guarantee 100% satisfaction with our quality products. For all orders made through the Aerogogo official shop, we offer a full cash refund for returns, upon request. Despite having established at least one private overseas warehouse or Amazon cooperative warehouse in various regions, the risk of minor goods damage due to accidents or mishandling during transit is still inevitable. To give you peace of mind, our exceptional after-sales service team will go above and beyond to assist you in mitigating losses caused by such force majeure factors. The following solutions are provided for customers seeking a refund or return (applicable only for purchases from the official store. For return policies on other platforms such as Indiegogo or Amazon, please adhere to the specific platform's policy).

1.Order Cancellation

To cancel a placed order, please contact us at service@aerogogo.com before the order ships out. Submitting a cancellation request before the order ship out will not guarantee a cancellation success. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully canceled.

We will not be able to cancel an order after the order is shipped out. Please wait for the order to deliver and contact us for a return within 14 days of delivery. Rejecting a shipped-out order or failing to follow the return procedure might cause item loss in transit or rejection by the warehouse due to no return registration which might lead to ineligibility of refund or replacement.

2. Return & Exchange

Return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.

To expedite the return and refund process, please send an email to service@aerogogo.com with the subject line "Order Number + Quality Issue" or "Order Number + Non-Quality Issue".

If the return is due to personal reasons (non-quality related), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The actual return shipping fee will depend on the courier service selected. For used products, 30% of the total order amount will be deducted from the final refund.

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer must provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue for verification.

For customers located in the United States, we may be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label, depending on the specific situation.

For customers located outside the United States, we are currently unable to provide prepaid return labels. Customers will need to arrange the return shipment themselves and provide us with the tracking number once the item has been shipped.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For non-U.S. returns, return shipping costs are also non-refundable.
