Slightly concerned, as i charged it when it arrived until it became green.
Used it 1st time very good .and charged it as it went to blue after 1st use.
2nd time it went red and was VERY HOT!
My sup is 19psi , so concerned

Your first inflation going smoothly is a positive sign that the unit is functioning correctly. What you experienced during the second use is in line with its normal operation. For a 19 PSI SUP, which is on the larger side, one full battery charge typically supports about 1–2 complete inflations.

It’s normal for the pump to feel warm after use, especially when inflating to higher PSI levels, as it operates under a high load — similar to many electronic devices. That said, we completely understand this may be concerning, and we’re continuously working on ways to improve this experience, including exploring better heat-dissipation designs and insulating materials. For now, we recommend allowing the pump to cool for about 5 minutes before using it again, which helps protect the motor and extend its lifespan.

Excelent product

Very good product for SUP but I’m worried about getting spare parts

Functions and battery durability are good.
But I’m worried about getting spare parts because the hose fitting seems to be not compatible with general 3rd party SUP hose, and the fitting on the pump seems to break easily if the pump is dropped on the hard ground or floor.
